Créa'Home orchestrates the entire process as a single point of contact — and on projects involving structural work, a state-certified (DPLG) architect, a structural engineering firm and a project manager complete the team.

The head office is at 9 Rue des Colonnes in Paris (2nd arrondissement), with an office on the Atlantic coast in La Baule and an established presence on the French Riviera. Our teams operate anywhere in France — and internationally when projects call for it.

In five phases: Sketch (atmosphere, layout, photorealistic 3D visuals), Final Preliminary Design (validation of artistic and technical choices), Tender Phase (craftsmen selection, schedule), Construction (artistic specification oversight) and Handover (joint inspection and resolution of reservations).
