À deux pas de l’Arc de Triomphe, sur l’emblématique avenue de Wagram, ce projet s’inscrit dans une démarche de composition architecturale intérieure rigoureuse, où le dessin de l’espace prime autant que sa matérialité. Plus qu’une rénovation, il s’agit ici d’un travail d’écriture spatiale : redonner sens aux volumes, articuler les fonctions, maîtriser la lumière.

La distribution originelle a été entièrement repensée pour libérer les perspectives et structurer un espace fluide, lisible, sans perte de surface. Le plan s’articule autour d’un axe central traversant – un fil directeur visuel – qui connecte l’entrée, la cuisine et l’espace de réception dans une parfaite continuité. Les courbes, omniprésentes, ne sont pas que décoratives : elles adoucissent les transitions, génèrent des respirations, et accompagnent le regard.

Le mobilier sur mesure – dressings, bibliothèques, alcôves, corniches – a été conçu comme un prolongement des murs eux-mêmes. Les matériaux utilisés s’inscrivent dans une logique de contraste maîtrisé : marbres veinés, bois naturel, enduits minéraux, laques satinées. Les textures jouent entre matité et brillance pour magnifier les lumières naturelles filtrées par les larges baies vitrées.

Le traitement de la cuisine mérite une attention particulière : intégrée dans un volume définit par des courbes tendues, elle fait écho au rythme architectural du plafond et du sol en bâtons rompus.

Dans les espaces privés, la recherche d’un confort enveloppant se traduit par l’usage de matériaux chaleureux et rassurants. Les têtes de lit deviennent éléments structurants. Les jeux d’épaisseur, les ombres portées, les rythmes verticaux renforcent cette logique de cadrage et de spatialisation.

Just a few steps from the Arc de Triomphe, on the prestigious Avenue de Wagram, this project by Créa’Home embodies a precise and refined architectural approach to interior design. Far beyond a simple renovation, it is an exercise in spatial composition, where the articulation of volumes and the mastery of light take center stage.

The original layout was entirely reimagined to create a fluid and coherent sequence of spaces. A central visual axis now structures the entire apartment, seamlessly linking the entrance, kitchen, and reception areas. The recurring use of curved lines is not ornamental—it serves to soften transitions, guide movement, and offer a rhythm that enhances the spatial narrative.

Custom-built architectural furniture defines the interiors: storage units, alcoves, integrated libraries, and wall compositions are designed as architectural features in their own right. Materiality plays a key role—veined marble, warm natural woods, mineral textures, and satin lacquers interact to create a dialogue between contrast and harmony. Natural light, softly diffused through large bay windows, is modulated and enhanced by these surfaces.

The kitchen, in particular, stands as a sculptural centerpiece. Its rounded forms echo the curves of the ceiling and the chevron-patterned wooden flooring, creating a dialogue between horizontal and vertical elements. Architectural frames—arched openings, integrated niches, and textural partitions—define the transitions and establish a hierarchy of functions.

In the private areas, the focus shifts to comfort and sensory experience. Wall-mounted panels, bespoke headboards, and textured finishes create cocoon-like atmospheres, always guided by architectural logic. Light and shadow, thicknesses and voids, vertical rhythms—all contribute to the spatial coherence and visual framing of each room.
